Our Identity

Community Support

OYILI BETI USA ASSOCIATION INC is a nonprofit organization based in Maryland, created to bring together, support, and serve members of the Beti community as well as society in general.

Its vision is to build a united, supportive, and committed community that positively impacts its members and society, while preserving and promoting Beti cultural heritage in the diaspora.

The Beti people, part of the larger Bantu family of Central Africa, are known for solidarity, respect for elders, dignity, courage, and the transmission of traditions and wisdom. The association operates under 501(c)(3), confirming its charitable, educational, and social character.

What We Do

Emergency Assistance

Providing assistance in cases of illness, death, and social hardship, while strengthening mutual support among members during times of need.

Meals and Family Support

Providing meals to people in need and supporting families and children through compassionate, community-centered service.

Support for Homeless Veterans

Providing basic needs assistance to homeless veterans and promoting moral, cultural, and social values that create positive and lasting change.
